GTO answer: Raise to 14bb
QQ out of position in a four-way pot is a nightmare to play postflop. Calling is the lazy line and you will get bluff-caught and value-owned constantly. Squeeze to 14bb (a touch larger because you are out of position). You isolate to a tight range, build a pot you want to bloat, and pick up 7.5bb of dead money plenty often. Folding is absurd, calling is a leak, raise is the only sensible button.
