GTO answer: Raise to 13bb
Classic squeeze spot. UTG opens, CO flat-calls, and you have AKo on the button with two players still to act behind. Flatting is too passive, it lets the blinds in cheap and you play a four or five-way pot out of position to the original raiser's range. Squeezing to 13bb (roughly 4x the open plus 1bb per caller) folds out most of CO's range, isolates UTG to a tight 4-bet-or-fold range, and picks up dead money when everyone folds. Pure value plus fold equity.
