Nut flush with a spade on the turn. Raise to 32bb for value. Slow-playing on a paired turn with three to the suit is bad (under-realizes value and lets bad rivers happen). The flush is the nuts, charge sets and Kx and bluffs. BB still behind so we get more value if they have a big hand.
