Three limpers in a live $2/$5 game. A5s on the BTN is a slam-dunk iso-raise. Pump it to roughly $50-$60 (12bb). You get heads-up or three-way with position, build a pot with a hand that flops well (top pair, nut flush draw, wheel draws), and pick up the 4.5bb of dead money when everyone folds (rare but happens). Limping behind is mostly fine in live games, but iso-raising is higher EV because the limpers are weak and will fold or call out of position with worse aces and worse suited hands. Print money.
