KK with 18bb at a 4-handed final table. Min-raising is a leak because you give BTN a price to set-mine and the blinds can defend wide. Just jam 18bb. You charge BTN max for set-mining with JJ-QQ that has ICM pressure, you fold out marginal calls, and when called you have 70%+ vs all of it except AA (4 combos). Pure value plus fold equity at FT. Min-raising 18bb sometimes works but jam is simpler, higher EV, and avoids navigating bad postflop spots with KK.
